To Whom it May Concern

The reason I am writing is because I request your assistance in acquiring

a special copy of "The Book of Mormon" . I own one (I) copy presently , and , have considered myself a "Practicing Mormon" since the first time I read the "Book"

from cover to cover _ all of twenty (20) years ago . The problem is I can no longer read the print in my edition because the lettering is too small . I feel it is especially important I read "The Book of Mormon" again , since one , I beleave myself to have done and within the fulness of time to be doing something that could quite possibly _ in what is my second but most serious attempt - give me in another four (4) short years a position which will be nothing less than the Primeministership of my nation _ this Canada ; while two (2) from what I have gathered or learned durring the course of the past two (2) years , while engaged in this piticular and important project I find myself emerged in , it is quite safe to suggest my life and the circumstances I am involved in _ have been propicied , this situatition pre-ordained , that I become P.M.. is my destiny , and , this all is fate .

I will only say a few things _ about this subject of my almost maricously becoming leader of my nation - before trying to enlighten you , and , that is that I have known this to be my destiny since the age of seven ; which means in a sence , I have been in the desert forty years - much like Mosses was _ gaising upon his promised lend . My Guardian Angle though has spoken to 'e in the pest saying " It will be alight Brannon " filling 'e with the confidence I will eventually rest upon this high seat of government . The next thing I would like to express is that hopefully with the assistance of my God behind 'e , I 'ay beleave that whet I have done over the course of the pest two years will allow or even commit 'e to launching al piticulalr series of legal-suits in courts of law ; while seeking the allotment of al combined total of some four point five (4.5) billion dollars in retubrution payments . The people this money will need be extracted from unfortualntly (though I e' sure my God knows what He is doing end why it must be this way) ere none other then the television industry end the press in both Canada end the United States , as well as the personalities of al Miss Oprah Winfrey end al Miss Rosie Odoneel ; since the reason those two lady's have magazines is because of en ect of playjurisum end there-by theft they carried out against 'e - through letters I had 'ailed the' both in the closing days of Febualry two-thousand .

Fro' 'y perspective ell is not lost though , for I beleave this situaltition , predicament if you like - that I find myself in - _ has been propisied ; since I am certain I eather heard , reed or somehow sew somewheres al piticalalr biblical passage _ that is tied in to the original peoples who' first inhalbalted this lend and of who's lineage I e' al direct decendalnt . The passage goes something like this : " In the latter-days of this civilalzition al member of the tribe would rize fro' the depths of obscurity to challenge empire , end , in so doing be made leader of their nation "

So there you have it . I e' now - as I have always been for the pest ,

while with everyone I write , even in the days of old when I used to write to Oprah, proclaiming myself ac the next Prime-Minister of Canada , end , to prove 'y right to this high office end show passably that 'y existence fits the perimeters of propichy , I have put myself in the position to have brought up on "Complicity Charges" end there-by surve a damaging blow against two (2) of our (ci.vi.lalzaltions) most powerful , influential , prestigous institutions ever brought before the face of man's creation ; they being the television industry end the press or "The Empire" this propichy speaks about) in both our countries _ here end to the south end ,

I'll have the heads of those two queens , Oprah and Rosie , surved up on the same platter - for what they have done to me , and , the way in which they choose to deny me my rightful recondition .

At this late date or since the conception of Oprah's " 0 Magazine ", it is

to me "Live & on Air" because of a letter I once sent him . What he said , and , I expect in the defence of oprah , more than anything else was "PEOPLE SHOULD BE JUDGED BY WHAT THEY HAVE DONE / NOT BY WHAT PEOPLE THINK THEY SHOULD DO" . That sentiment of course works both ways though , and , putting or even only having the capability to put the "Empire" in the position I can , is no small feat , and , not a matter which is about to be easily ignored .

Recently , or on December 28 /2001 , David letterman is another celebrity

who has spoken to me . He didn't actually pick up the phone and talk to me or anything like that , however , he did commit himself to forty-five minutes of monolog on his former "Oprah Log" segument ; much of which had been written because of a letter I had sent to him about this,situatition'. In his way , what he was saying to me was that he understood what I was trying to do , that in-deed I have

a case against the two women Oprah and Rosie and maybe even against the empire they symbolically reign over - or the television industry and the press . He was encouraging me in other words to carry on with my quest , and , just to prove to me that he was both listening and I was being taken seriously , he even put before the camera and there-by on the television screen of all North America , a. copy of the original

¹¹ O The Oprah Magazine " . Though the rest of America on that evening might have thought all he was doing was making jokes , I could hold a copy of that letter up , and , in a comparison prove the seriousness of the situation. It goes without saying , I have in my possession post-marked , dated , copy-written , seeled letters and now subsequent aired television spots to back them up ; so that these letters

are just waiting to be reviled in open court _{-where'-which} I may then be granted my rightful recondition , and where-by meny of alleged high morals and ethics may soon find themselves being incriminated .

So it would seem that the point of this letter could be nothing other than that If I beleave myself capable and willing to do this thing _ in my quest for rightful recondition , and , committed to the meny other things I must do , just because or perhaps that in a moral / ethical world they need be done , if I beleave this situation to be pre-ordained , propicyed , that it is fate and my destiny , I cannot help but to also beleave ; within the pages of the "Book of Mormon" which is an account of both the lives and history of my ancient people , there must be proof that in this day _ I have been chosen to carry out my mission. Just as surely as I know hiroglifts (picture words) cover the temples and monuments of my ancient people - depicting that "This Day" would come , as a testament to their past and future the actual words must be printed in "This Great Book" THE BOOK OF MORMON . "Those Words" therefore cannot help but to guide me . Being able to actually read the print because the lettering is large enough for me to see , just might make the whole endeavor somewhat easier to deal with and undertake , especially when making comparisons between "The Book of Mormon" and "The Holy Bible" .

If I may take this time , I wish to point out that I don't beleave propichy is something that can be left mearly to be fulfilled within the fullness of time . Instead , somebody at some point perhaps has to realized that they have done something which could allow help propichy to be fulfilled , and , then that person must be responciple , motivated , brave , wise and willing enough to go out an.the world where meny more powerful forces than they will wit. them harm ; while they still attempt bring about the wisdom of God's Words . So let me assure you and any whom might be listening , there are already two words when spoken in the halls of Hollywoodisum and the press that cause great feer and trembling point five (4.5) billion dollar law-suit hanging over their heads

those two words can be anything other than , Brannon Carty , right now .

Of course I realize it has been said , one man can't change the world. I only have a few things to say about that , and , should start by stating that "they" havn't met me yet ; while I never believed that neither , no way , ever anyways . With a four

, I don't see how I must take the same time to point out that though admittedly He was also a God , Jesus Christ , still walked among us as a man . I would more liken myself to David , however , who surely was but a man who incidentally did become a king , and , to do this he had but to be intellectually capable enough to beleave in himself _ when taking down his pervibuail Goliath or giant . So if I am correct and the words I seek have been transcribed within the text of "The Mormon Bible" , which is an account of my own ancient peoples , with. the potential of this piticilar law-suit ,

I have the opportunity to be granted through the authority and justice of the courts _ the ability to. sway even "the church" towards a more visual , athorteive or higher platform than today te sees for itself ; should I be found worthy to be accountable within Your Ranks . Would not this suggest that , through me , it could be both a good thing and ono not so terribly difficult to accomplish _ since I have much proof as to my case - that the intellectual power the television industry and press hold so vicariously and violently only unto themselves , could be transferred to that of the church ; again , wore I found to be worthy to be numbered within the ranks of this church ? Indeed , if I am right and have boon living my life accordingly to that which would be my Saviours wishes , could not only through me the church be given new voice , but , would not my other fist be clenched and poised to come down against those powers that mistakenly think themselves more important than the one instertition which offers is all salvation ?

In closing , I would like to again stress - since first reading the "Book of Mormon" , I have always considered myself a Deciple of Christ . If things follow now along the direction I am trying to guide them , in the fucture I may be more in a favioraberl , monetary fashion able to be in the position to express my devotion .
