Deer Mr. President
,
Mr. Bush , Sir ,
I heard in the
news lately that your people asked of Oprah Winfrey that she
help in some
smell way with the Middle East, problem , end
, that it was suggested she might be able to provide some input towards the
situation . I also understand that she believes when her nation calls upon her ,
it is sufficient she suggest she cannot rise to the occasion , because of what she considers ell important
"time Restraints" . A few
days later there she was on T.V. _ if it wasn't actually e "re-run" -
doing some silly little Cooking Show 1 The point is : I guess she thinks this sort of thing is more important then Global Peace , or , this
planets possible march towards the Gates
of Armageddon .
For the pest two (2) years I have known whet kind of
women this "OPRAH" was though , since , the
reason she has that little magazine of hers - is because of a letter I
sent to her in the closing days of February 2000 ; et which point she then decided to steel the "idea" I had
expressed to her , make e deal with
Rosie Odoneal the other person I had
spoken to about the same "idea" et the same time , end , who
was persuaded to wait one (I) full
year by Oprah before launching a magazine of her own . Then in en attempt to
make certain that I would not be able to prove e case against her , Oprah even went as far as to "playjourize" me . That is how the world ended up with not whet I had asked Oprah for help
in bringing about - a publication that would be given free-of-charge to the poor ,
house-bound , end invalid - where-by they might be better able to express their artistic
ability's , but instead , some "RAG" so as Oprah could make even more
money .
This is not however exactly the reason
for which I em writing you now Mr. President , Sir , though
any help eather you yourself or your people could provide towards some rectification towards "this
situetition" would be none the less greatly
appreciated . Would that I also say : in sealed , post-marked envelops , I have proof the
words I write are true ; since I
would be much more than a simple lyier _ were I to be telling the most powerful man on the face of the planet an
un-truth .
In fact I can prove with other
envelops of the same file "The Oprah File" that certain people in the television industry have been paied-off in
sums totaling millions of dollars _ just
for keeping their mouth shut , or , at least I can prove the reason
one (I) piticular
person whom the three (3) major television studios were fighting
over recently ,• got his raise eventually because of a letter I cent him - with a copy of the original "Oprah Letter" which he
obviously took-up to his bosses , and , waving it in their faces _ made his. demands. known . In my opinion and
in that of any lawyers I will intend to talk to , this means to a
very real degree - the television industry has allowed itself to become actively
involved in an "Act of Complicity After the
Fact" .
Further-more Mr. President , Sir ; I beleave it is David Letterman himself
who is most recponciple for the fact
that now it appears I must - if needs-be _ take the
television industry itself to court in the came SUIT as that in which I take Oprah & Rosie , and , again the industry itself has provided me with the proof
that they
have become "complicit" . This they did by allowing , David , on the
28th. Dec. 2001 to use as
"aired material" based on a letter I sent him days pryi.or , a seg
ument , on his old "OPRAH LOG" sketch ; in which it is
obvious that material was created much
because of the post-marked letter I have in my possession now . It was then that he took that letter to the studio-heads and
worked out a. better deal for himself , and ,
unfortunately at which point I was
forced to loose faith in him too . These people are a real bunch of characters who on the one hand will be the
first (Ist) to screem ,
holler , shout and yell when they have been denied "reconizition" ; while at the same time being so two (2) faced that when
I turn on the set and watch them , I an not certain anymore which face is being exposed
when they fail to realize that other folks might be desurving of
"reconizition" also .
Anyway , I would like very
much now, , Mr President , Sir , to get to what
has. been the main intention of this letter for the past
numbers of days , or since I
put-off a letter I
was writing to my own Prime-Minister - so that I could send this to you , Sir
. I.beleave it night be tine we stop thinking alone lines of
what has been commonly known as "Peace
(in) the Middle East" and instead start thinking along lines of what I
would "coin" "Peace (for) the Middle East" . I also think that if the past few days has taught us anything , the "Dowel Experience" and his little
jaunt or mission in that part of the world says : we don't know anything

that could bring "Peace (for) the Middle
East" and in this way bring |

for certain what to do , when one considers
the other regions in the ariea have
no real interest in ever seeing Israel & Palestinians getting together and teeming-up , because , they don't want
Israel in this way to become the most dominate nation in the
land .
None the less _ if we were to do what I an
going to suggest now , I beleave it would not only greatly
elevate the problems in Israel , but
, it would make it more difficult for
the other country's in this region to accept demonstrations , terrorism
and the like-minded , two-faced
expressions we are being both given
and exposing about this whole situation .
Knowing
the world we live in the way I beleave I night do , I am certain
Mr. President , Sir
, this is going to sound like a brash
, bold proposal , and , there are meny whom for reasons of their own ,
would both not like to see it work or such a plan even being considered . I however beleave that country's such as Canada and the United States have both a bigger
and another roll to play than that
in which we find ourselves engaged in now trying to play
"peace-makers"
. I beleave that what we need to do is create a
situation of not abandoning
our
attempts through "talks" now , but
, going about it in another way by putting
more on the table than we are
bringing presently to the proceedings .
So what is it I am talking about Mr.
President ? What is this bold
proposal
the middle East ? Do we not have to first (Ist) realize that there
are far too
meny people living on that little scrap of land , than what eather space or resources can adequately provide for . Yet our two (2) country's , Canada & the United States , has been blessed with more land & resources
than we will ever need to shair among our
fellow country-men . For certain we
are not using our inheritance to the best of our ability _ if we fail to offer even a portion of our inheritance
itself ; if it can be done so in a sucessfull bid for World
Peace „ what does that make us other
then e very short-sighted people who have. no vision for the fucture ore we no to do so . For this reason I em suggesting you , the American People , end , we
, the Canadian's , in a joint-offer hand over some of the lends end
resources we find in our possession . We
could think of it as surrendering a national park & using the resources of
another one to build a
"new" home-lend for these Israeli end Palestinian people whom would agree to live in
accordance to our laws. , end ,
cause no violence . To be more spastic , I em suggesting
that
part or parts of The Colorado
of Canada's forests be used to supply
housing . Could such an action
open us up in
the "WEST" to suggestions providing for the
eventual flooding-in of other nation-olyaes upon end
within our lends ? Probably . Is this anything we need sorry about _ eather through public opinion , the law end whet others will make of it ,
or , peoples
desire to claim an equality equal to ours ; through the rape and hobotataon
of our lands ? Probably not .
"The
Proposal"
Some
people are going to say that the water in the Colorado River is too dirty or silted up , for
habationial use . These aries that
ore not within close proximity of dams
- where the water is rushing freely
and silted , this water can be
filtered end the materials taken out
of it used in agricultural pratices , ground cover
ect . Over time ,
some of this lend could become of the most
furtile on the face
of the planet for the growing of speciality crops such as
dates ,
olives , end other such like-minded crops these people now grow in the Middle East .
Other people will say the cliff wells are too steep . -The cannon wells however can be modified into
exactly the type of plateaus , ridges end platforms _ ideal for
the growing of
such crops , end , in which lends these people are used to living on
now Also I think we hove to look et
the prospects of leaveling a mountain or two in Canada end / or the United States ; while using the soils from them to create even
more growing material for these
"new lends" . Obviously
people would not be driving cars in these lends , though heavy equiptmeny easily could be droped-in
_ such as
while on greet wooden planks , this equipment could be transported from leavel to leavel as it is needed between
aries .
If they have not
said before , some will now claim
that the climate is too hot ,
bet such a warm climate is exactly
what these people are used to anyway , and
becides , with the natural
"greening" of the ariea -science says that the actual heat caused by the sun's rays _ would be decreased . Beyond this point , such tempters are also
exactly what these "specialized crops" Would need to survive ,
flourish and provide an income for the people now in the reagon .
And then I
imangian at some point , somebody
is going to raise the "security issue" . I might make it reminded however that : we actuary are talking about petting those whom would agree to such a preposial , into what quite literally would be nothing more than a giant hole in the ground , so , I
don't see how security could be all that much of a problem really .
Finally as for the
cost :
I have to ask Mr. President , Sir , what cost must we be forever willing to pay _ if it is in a bid for
peace ? And of course one has to consider that it probably would be advantageous to
lower somewhat the "AID" we presently
provide directly to the Israeli Government ; diverting some of those fends for
this new project now within the borders of our lands .
Mr. President , Sir
, please , I want you to know that I beleave in this proposal with every fiber of my being . I know that "it" or something very much like "it" could work , and , that
in a civilized world this plan should be given a chance to test . It is a plan
in fact that I have had on my mind for twenty (20) years ., and
, I beleave in it in ways that are
much too completed , detailed and time-consuming to go into here , bet , I beleave that in the times we rive now , unlike some people who think they can walk away
from their humanity , such a luxury
is not one I see for myself . So if
it is found that even the smallest portion of this plan could help in this most worthy of causes , please let me reserve my right as a member of the
human race , to further present my
case at a later date .
Allow me to say Mr. President , Sir , there
is another reason I beleave my plan
could work ; in which these people
could find a new "home-land" within the. borders of the United States of America where
if nessacerry , and , I imanigan it would be , that they
could be more carefully watched . The
reason I bereave in this so strongly ,
has to do partly with the fact that jest
recently "my mission" or that gripe I have against Oprah , lend now Rosie , the television industry lend the press in both our respective country's , this "mission" recently or my undeniable right to launch it , was confirmed by The Church of Christ &
Later-Day Saints . It is understood too by them in fact , that I have built a case that stared with Oprah ,
whore "precedent" allows for a
"settlement" of anywhere between 240 to 280 million dollars (chock recent "Disney
Settlement" of two (2) years ago) into ono (I) that now encompasses Rosie lend the industry's ,
lend in which whore-by damages could be totalling some four-point five (4.5) billion . The
church confirmed this mission in fact
, all the while knowing it was my
intention _ if possible , to fulfill propichy that states lend was written by the
ancient first American Indians , the same people whom wrote lend whos history it is -
the tree American Bible , or , that
work commonly known as The Book of
Mormon , that : "In the latter-days of this civilazition a descendant of the ancient tribe
would rise from the depths of obscurity to challenge "empire" and through this act , this person would become leader of their nation" . Obviously I , lend if- I can now speak for the church , we beleave country to former public opinion "the empire" of which this
propichy speaks of lend is ment to be
challenged , is not some government
institution , but , instead it would appear with the potenteleil of a four-point
five (4.5) billion dollar law-suit hanging in the air , it is ment this person go against the television
industry and the press - which when combined under the handeling "the
media" is ono of the most powerful
institutions or "empires" oh the face of the planet within the span
of mans creation lend history .
I beleave let some point I must make my "plea"
Mr. President , Sir , whore-which you may hopefully be encouraged to help me with my "quest" ;
while possibly realizing
what these two (2) girls actually did . Ono could say , lend properly do so I beleave what
they did
was not mearly
rip-off this poor little Canadian boy . By
denying me my "rightful
reconizition" I wasn't offered the
opportunity to become published as a wrier . Because I wasn't offered the opportunity to be published as a writer
over the past two (2) years or since
the creation of Oprah's "0 Magazine" when I most deserved to be published - if ever there was going to bo-a time , I nelether was granted the opportunity
to put my ideas before my people . Because
I was never granted the chance
to put my ideas before my people this Canada , I was not before this time granted the opportunity to make my suggestions
known as to what I would wish see done
about the problems of the Middle East . There is a cause and effect pattern here every step of the way . Indeed
, this little Canadian boy is not
the only one whom has been damaged by
Miss Winfrey , Miss Odonoal and the
"protoctionest attitudes" that
are surrounding them . This poor
little Canadian boys nation is not the only country , that has been
damaged by these two (2) girls actions ; though it is safe
to say they probably ere not going to
like it much when they have to find out . If
or preferably _ since it could be
suspected I might have in my minds eye , real resolution as what to do
with the Middle East , and , those plans could be implemented , it is in fact safe to say : humanity itself was rip-off by Miss Winfrey &
Miss Odoneal , just as easily as it was end is by ell those whom
are now protecting them . Is this
not - if not mearly a crime ,
than oven a sin , and , one
that in a moral / ethical world -
one both those woman would be punished for .
After all , from all the letters these
woman recived from ell the world , it
was not until they recived mine that
they would be encouraged to enter what could become their most prestigous continuing , and important buisness enterprise to date . Was it necessary that Miss Winfrey go as far es to actually
"pleyjourise" me - to accomplish, this task , or , was there not a better
way she could have done the exact same thing ; bring her magazine to the
world - while at the same time
spearing my feelings and without destroying
my trust in her ?.
Please Mr. President , Mr. Bush , Sir , please let one understand the in-humanity of this situetition at least from
my perspective ; perhaps if even
only just once .
Here may be was the one (I) most important thing these
people thought at least
I would ever do ; cause the creation of not one (I) but in actual
fact two (2) major magazine
publications . Their combined only
response , was to pay-off to certain
people within the industry millions
of dollars for keeping their mouths shut , and , to a degree much more
then the public should willingly want to know about , minulept the
press and the television news associations ;- since I made certain and so there-fore know _ they all knew about the sitetition , and , I
have seeled letters to prove it . How
is it Mr. President , both then and
now everybody concerned will try to pretend
is though they
beleave they have done nothing wrong _ acting as though butter
wouldn't milt in their mouths ? These ire the people we want to look up to ,
respect , and , perhaps heaven's forbid , allow to
walk before us in leader-ship rolls , or
,
perhaps more akin to my line of thought are there not yet
other people whom may
hive already made a contribution still waiting to be discovered , and , of
whom I just may be one (I) of ?
I don't beleave when you till somebody is I did Oprah , Mr. President , Sir ,
that you have ambitions for the Prime-Ministership of
your nation , in spite of the fact that you may not have a traditional
education and neither may you have held
political office before , you don't
none the less say that without both knowing and meaning what you have said , and , that doesn't give the
right to the person you
hive told "this thing" to , to deny you your every rightful opportunity to
"reconizition" . To
actually seek "Dis-Rpoconizition" the way Oprah did through "Pliyjurisum" this is intolerable . On top of
that , if the word we hear on the
street is true , people
like oprah seem
to be the first (Ist) to back-away _ when they are called upon for
service to their
nation and for the benifits of their government
Perhaps there is something more important than anything
already mentioned that one has to realize , other than the fact that people such as Oprah will
be the first (Ist) ones to rip us and
our ideas off ; if it means they can
aquior added credit to their names .
It also means that in this piticular
sitetition it least _ in thirory ,
I must worry for the rest of my life _ if
ever I again hive in idea , certian people will be forever not wanting that
idea to be brought before public
consciousness , because , they wouldn't want folks to know where the idea came from - no matter how good it might be ; since that could be the opining of
in entirely new can of beans _ which could be traced back somehow to this piticulir situation we find ourselves engaged in
now . Indeed , I have been damaged by Miss Winfrey beyond all reconizition , and , I
beleave it is time something in my favour was done about it .
Regis Philbum once said to me because of a litter I sent
him "LIVE" and on camera _ as-,hi
held that letter in hand , that
: "PEOPLE SHOULD BE JUDGED BY
WHAT THEY HAVE DONE ' NOT BY WHAT
PEOPLE THINK THEY SHOULD DO ." Maybe
I would have
liked to have done something other than what I have been
forced to do , in my quest for "Reconizition" . Still , having
the ability to prove theft , and ,
even "complicity" within the industry _ by calling up before the
courts certain previously "AIRED"
material , and , having the letters
to bask-up my claim , these are
no small potatoes . To
hive either the drive or the determination to hold accountable ones such as Oprah and the industries she only
simbolacily represents , this may make of boiled potatoes mashed .'
Mr. President , Mr.
Bush , Sir ; I was hoping that before in another few years _ when Oprah as finally allowed to make
herself an the behalf of women everywhere
, a stand for the office of the
Precidentcy of the United States, itself , I might be able to get some corruption now ; in this , my
time of greatest need , and , before Rosie is allowed to leave her show
gracefully or without controversy . I feel
that I pretty well have done my job - since
I hive proven beyond a doubt that it
was my ideas which caused the launch of both these magazine publications ,
and , that "complicity" now in involved . With the evidence I possess , it should be possible to walk into court some morning , and , walk out latter that came afternoon_ with convictions a plenty under my belt I beleave not to do something soon - to be my most dangerious route
; since after ill _ meny more
powerful people with a determination
greater thin even Miss Winfrey's , might
not wish see this thing reach the
courts ; since it has become obvious
through their actions that they understand
the danger I pose to them and their instutions . But I am a single man . So
this means in a very real sence , my
life on meny leavels - could be at
risk I don't think that it is fair I
should be competed to live this way , because
of what she did ; now having to took over my sholder in my every
step , uuncertain if I am being let go from some job _ the reason
isn't sane intervention she and people
like her have caused to prevent my going to court , never being able to trust my own instants or anyone else again .
Lastly Mr. President , Sir , I don't want to
beleave that rut of all the possible
parallel universes there are , my
paradox should be that I live in this one in
which justice should be denied . We
want to beleave we all stall lave in a
world where when someone as so obviously guilty of an infraction such as this ,
no
matter who they ire - somehow civility well be measured within tie combination of tie situation . We want to beleave that justice es not only for tie rich . What Oprah did to ma was wrong , and , just
because everybody else of any importance knows what she did was wrong , doesn't
mean that she herself has coma to tie same conclusion . It es about time
she was told Mr. President, and , I
think forced to do something on my
behalf . After all , if et was a politician whom had done ties thing , you
can be sure tie media and their many personalities would be all over et .
Why should tie tables be reversed ; especially when et is such people and institutions
that ties world allows speak for us ?
If their morals and ethics are so out of wack , how
can ties be permitted - with us
believing it be en our bast interest these
people speak en our behalf ; unless
ties world has in fact already gone to Hell
en its proverbial hand-basket . I'de
like to beleave country es true however , and , that there still is
hope _ even for tie simplest of us all . I have to beleave that when a
case is so obviously wall prepared , it
well not somehow and up being
dismissed by tie courts , and ,
that though I might not have tie money none tie lass such a case will be tread .

Sir , any help you or your office may provide towards

be greatly appreciated , and ,
as for my Middle East Plan , I think there still may be room for discussion
there .
