Dear Honorabul Sir ,

I don't know what help your office , Mr. Prime-Minister , may provide towards

this , or , what your interests may be in doing so ; especially since from the age of seven (7) it has always been my ultimate intention to capture the hearts and minds of the Canadian people _ that they should elect me as their P.M. , the Leader of' our nation - this Canada . I would suspect however that since the "mission" I. am on which has not only been propicised , brut , just recently been even "confirmed" and in this way I have been granted the moral / ethical right to launch "it" by the Church of Latter-Day Saints , in the past I have been administered to by Angles , I not only know of brut have seen things more wondrous than to have ever been imagined to exist under the heavens of this earth , and know them to be true , I have in my possession the "secrete combination" to time itself , I can prove people as important as the Presidency of the United States of America have allowed themselves to become complicit over this sitiatition I am about to explain to you , and , I have over the pact two (2) years built a law-suit against Oprah Winfrey , Rosie O'Doneal , the television industry & the press in both our respective country's _ to the tine of approximately four point five (4.5) billion dollars : where-as I beleave meny people about to be brought up on charges of "Complicity" , "Minilaption of the Press" , even outright "Racketeering" among other things , to mearly sit on this letter and the information contained within it _ just might in the end prove exactly the wrong thing to do .

The thing is , Mr. Chretien , Mr. Prime-Minister , Sir , I have been deeply assaulted and insulted by both the characters of Oprah & Rosie ; since it is directly because of me and letters I once wrote them in the closing days of February 2000 ,

that they got the idea to first launch their magazine publications . Their only response to this fact was a rather shabby little attempt at "playjourizing" me , to "minulapte the press" and to with other people engage in acts of "complisity"

in order to see that these two (2) girls remain protected , that it remain undiscovered what they did and to prevent charges from being filed . My "case" however , has already been proven in the full face of North America though the continent might not have realized what it was watching at the time ; quite the way certain , select , creative , responciple others could have done . The thing is , on Des. 28th 2001 , on his old , former "Oprah Log" segument , David Letterman , "aired" a full thirty-five (35) minutes of monolog - much of which I can prove had been created because of a copy-written letter i'de sent him earlier . David , not then realizing I was about to send off letters to the then acting presidents of N.B.C. ' C.B.S. & A.B.C. , took that letter I had mailed him _ which contained a copy of the original letter I had sent to Oprah _up to the offices of these big bosses , and , I imangian after waving it in their faces said something to the effect like "Look what dirt I have on the most powerful woman in television" David then felt himself in the position to make new demands as to his salary earnings . In other words : that letter & I are the reason the studios were fighting over Mr. Letterman , and , what he did was nothing less than cash-in on a crime . I don't know , but , you're a lawyer Jean . Should not this action suggest "Racketeering" , and , do I not have reason to be angry ?

Subsequently , a short time ago , I took this matter a step higher . While submitting a "Peace Plan" I've had in mind for a number of years designed for

the Middle-East , I also took the time to inform Mr. George Bush Jr. what Oprah , Rosie , David Letterman , the press & television industry , were up to in this instance . I should have realized that the man wasn't going to do anything in my defence , and , in all seriousness I probably did ; after all , the man tyied-up the Secrete service for months trying to find the position of the Presidents penis only to then steal the election anyway . Still , I informed the President of prophecy , and made it clear how this s.ituatition fit the perimeters or the phenomenon there-of ;

while letting him know that "my mission" and my right to launch it had been confirmed by the church . To date I naturally have not heard one single word from

the American Presidency ; though after they had recived my letter - incidentally & within the same week , this piticilar office reprimanded Oprah , and , made her come-out with something of an apology , a slight correction , whatever you want

to call it . The point id : The President , or hid people checked Oprah's skedgial and found her to be lying about not having time to go to Afsganastan and speak to the school girls . We will remember that she claimed to have had "sold-out speaking engagements" and that the tickets had to be honored . Turned out she wad just afraid to go , after the President's office did some checking , do , I imangian on hid authority the truth finally came out in one of those "Enquirer" publications . Well , if anybody thinks that id going to satisfy me ...

All I know , Your Honorable Sir , id that people have made themselves meny millions of dollars , and , apparently all on my back . Had it not been for my sending both Oprah & Rosie those letters , there is no reason to beleave even at this late date - eather one of them would have thought of or been encouraged to create Magazine Empires . The best they could do was to lie , cheat , steal ; even to go as far ad too actually "playjoirize" me ??? I dare say : until I have been granted my "rightful reconizition" , and , now other people are forced to apologise for their conduct regarding this sitiatition , with ever my God behind me & a sound resolution , I intend to fight "this thing" until "it" had been sounded within the concioisness of every Canadian & American Citizen on 'the face of the planet . I suspect that the "Inter-Net" and the creation of my own "WEB-SITE" . - where I can publish all these letters , might well serve my needs now ; while allowing the Canadian People to know just what kind of little Shits I have been dealing with over the past two (2) years . So , this _ being probably the last of any formal or tridishional letters I will be able to continue writing , Sir , Mr. Prime-Minister , I am there-fore Wishing that you , Dear Honorable Sir & Those in your Good Office , may take this letter perhaps a bit more seriously than those people whom I have contacted in the past . I beleave this letter allowed it to be that I will have spoken to all of the truely important people _ whom in a moral / ethical world might have wished to bring themselves to my assistance ; especially when one considers what the staked are : my forever & constant desire for Prime-Ministership _ proving I have captured the People's hearts & minds to do with in the name of our God is We will .

So , not wanting to beleave that of all the possible parrale universes there ire , I should have chosen to live in one where such an unjustness should go un-repremanded , I feel I must now go "On-Line" ; taking this matter hopefully more directly to the Canadian People's city's , their town's , their village's , work-places & even into their homes . I will publish the letters I have written , and , lot the people decide if I should be granted "Reconizition" . If that "Reconizition" comes , and , I have no reason to doubt that it will , it must be understood that in every letter I have sent to anybody , I have always been honest & straightforward enough to say My greatest ambition es for nothing less than Prime-Ministership . In my opinion , Sir , it already is a for-gone conclusion that eventually this office will be mine , and , one has to think about it : after all it is the very powerful I have sot myself up to bring to a great fall , both in people and in the form of intuitions . My only feer es that it may prove more difficult to convince eather you , Mr. PrimeMinister, that this office shall be my satisfied goal , or , depending on what the

fucture may bring Mr. Martin , than ever it will be to convince the Canadian People that I should be elected .

I think et might be important that it be noted too . If it is determined I am to be awarded anything near what I beleave to be the "presented" allowable amount of some 4.5 billion dollars , there won't be meny foolish enough not to realize that in this possession - there isn't much chance that I could be bought: for any other reason thin what could be for the benefit of the Canadian People ; if even for that such reason . For myself , and , more spisifasly for the moment , I fend myself wondering what the people are going to think or say another year or two - when all this time has boon wasted in respects as to what could have boon a very good "Peace Proposal" for the Meddle East . Time that has boon wasted and proposals never made ; not because the plan I submitted held no value , but , because certain people in posistions of power didn't want it to be known whore the plan came from and who made it . After all , to acknowledge me in this way , would allow me the opportunity to go public with what Oprah and the industry has been up to . So it will look , I feer , as though this plan has been denied more because people were deturmand to continue protecting Oprah & Rosie ; more that they were in the pratices and policy's of PEACE .

So , what I am asking of your office , Mr. Prime-Minister , Sir , is that I

be granted the simple , common-dignity any Canadian _ nay - even any human-being deserve under such same-like circumstances ; the "Rite of Reconizition" in other words . I mean , Come-On ! This woman has over a billion dollars , possibly a hundred-million or so - directly because of something I myself did ; which was to send her that letter in which I was asking for her help incidentally in bringing about the creation of a publication of my own and designed more for the Canadian People . This BITCH riped-off an entire nation ! Maybe for her own reasons she couldn't assist me , but , there was no reason for her to "playjourize" the very "idea" I was bringing to her intention . There was nothing wrong with Oprah creating her own magazine , but , she could have openly admitted as to where she got the idea from at least . The way she sent me back that letter after she had created "0 the Oprah Magazine" and had it on the stands a mear six weeks after my writing her , it was part of a spiteful , dirty-little act on her part , something less than I could have easily expected of her , and , an act I could not truly be expected to overlook .

Can it be believed that under these circumstances it is fair that I should have to worry from day to day , if this is the day that my electricity is going to be cut-off ? Should I have to forever be in worry if I am about to loose my telephone service , my cable , not to be able to find food to eat ? Every month should I need wonder where I will find money for rent ? Should I need be denied the opportunity to bring about some of the inventions I have in mind , just because this woman doesn't want to grant me the simple "reconizition" and dignity I deserve ; while she go unchallenged to the bank making deposits for millions upon millions of dollars because of me ?

Little , silly , young Miss Oprah , might have become very good at saying "no" lately . She might even be getting good at teaching other women on those shows of hers , how to say NO also . However , for as long as she insists on saying "NO" no intention of backing away from .

Indeed , this situation I find myself in with

in now _ by my design , I will continue to fight her . For instance : I am the

reason our Little Miss Oprah , his to do that show of hers for another four (4) years ; in spite of the fact that she may own that powerful operation of hers lock , stock and barrel , and in spite of how much wealth she might have . The executives at the television studios want her there in front of the cameras , when the SHIT hits the fan and I finally go public with all the dirt I have on her and ill of her little consorts . I am the reason Rosie was made to cane out of her "gay closet" and , am even the reason she was made to leave her show ; since this action was forced upon her because of other letters I had sent to these people letters in which they realized that as the virtual employers of Oprah & Rosie , and , with the knowledge of facts I had given to them (the television studios) if they did not do the right thing , they themselves could become incriminated also . Well I can assure you Mr. Prime-Minister , Sir , Mr. Chretien , Please , nobody has done me right _ not through any deliberate intention of their own at any rate , and instead what has been offered me has been nothing but a constant fight ; though one I have

Oprah , Rosie & the bunch , and , the circumstances surrounding them , these are the causes of my epiphany ; the understanding as to how I will turn "it" & my-self into the PrimeMinis.tership of a nation _ This Canada _ my home .

Naturally this space will not provide either the room , and , at the moment

I halve not the time , to explain to you , Mr. Prime-Minister , all of the dirty carrings-on revolving around this. situation . I can asure you though , Sir , I do have a real case , one of which with mear letters I feel I can prove , and , I do beleave I can do so beyond any reasonable doubt . In fact : it is already quite obvious to me because of things that I have seen and situation that halve transpired there ire two (2) words being spoken in certain hall-ways of the television industry & the press both here and Down South _ that are causing great trembelings & feer . Not wanting to make light of it _ while believing it could bare be re-peated I have been given knowledge to "secrete combinations" for the understanding of TIME I have not only been given "keys" explaining the date' for the end of time & can

produce the "Mathematical Equation" my acient ancestors used to arrive at the "said date" ( a very marketable resource ) , but , know that before "this date" arrives there is plenty of time for me to take-down not only Oprah , but also all those whom are protecting her . I know that the reputation I shall aquire from performing "this Act" , and , the almost single handed discredit I must bestow even upon the television industry & the press in both prospective country's ( Canada / U.S. ) on my Inter-Net Site - like some modern-day version of an acient King David , I shall rize from the dust to vanquish mine enemy (s) ; being instantly transformed into whatever I wish , and , my God willing .

My question is : Dear Right Honorable Sir , " Can you understand that it is your office that I seek to claim , and , are you able to recognizes the "probability" that in the name of my God - I can do so ?" Secondly : Realizing that if this situation is forced in front of court before you call the next erection - if you are indeed in the position to even call the next election , do your words actuary mean anything that you spoke on national television ; when you said "You would like your successor to have one full year to become fimiular with the "ways & workings" of office before taking-over " ? Thirdly-: If for some reason you cannot bring your mind around to the concept of my becoming the next or maybe any fucture "reader" of our nation - This Canada , will you at least , Mr. Prime-Minister , Sir , at least help me aquire my "Rightful Reconizition" from Oprah ; that way I may at last be able to put "this chapter" behind me ? From here on hence .- I can but expect & wish for that :"It will be through the journey , in which the destination be reached".
