Well I understand that you are keeping
an Oprah journal How interesting because you see I
too am keeping an Oprah journal and have been doing so since the first time I wrote the woman way back in the
month of February 2000 It is because of that letter in
fact that one , my journal is a lot
bigger than yours ( ha ha )
and two , that
she got the idea to launch what was then her new " 0 The Oprah Magazine " Anyway , in
spite of this fact , I can assure
you I have never heard even one word personally
from eather Miss Winfrey or her staff . Even when I sent her all of five registered letters _ expressing the fact that she and her people ,
I realized , had playjourized me ,
and , therefore I had a legitimate legal case in which she could be sued for all of two-handed and eighty million
dollars , there was not one word
from any of the bunch .
So you see Dave , and
I hope probabuly will be interested to know before this letter is finished with , I don't understand what your fanacation is with
this woman , or why you so want to be
on her show . She has no class Dave .
I mean listen Dave she never paied me for that idea she stole ,
and , if I knew then what I know now ,
this isn't the
first time she has been accused of such a thing ; just the most lucterive . She
thinks in fact , I noticed from one
of her latest Juila Roberts interviews , that playjurisum makes her
nothing more than a sucessfull and smart buisness woman . She praticaly
said as much to your Juila , though I
noticed and was glad to see that Miss Roberts
let the conversation slip by and didn't condone what Oprah was saying _ which was : " that when men lie , cheat and
steal to get ahead it is called just good business but , when
a woman does it she is called a bitch .
Of course I find
myself agreeing with Oprah in this one instance she is a itch More importantly than that however , I feel I must tell you that I
suspect she might even be in fact al
Witch .
This I say because of the two last
sentences in that original Oprah
letter ; where it makes reference to
my soul . After reading that sentence
perhaps one can understand how , since it was this letter that caused Oprah to
start - up this magazine , probably there is that original ( not copy ) letter framed in
glass hanging on the wall somewheres
in one of the meny homes this woman must own , and , is most likely throe as al representation of my
actual Living Soul . I mean come on
Dave , don't you think of anything
that letter would be the one peice of evidence one would keep r if they were as wicked as this woman I suspect , and , that they would keep it as some sort of ritual trophy ; this gift letter in fact which by this time ,
had allowed
them both the insight to create this magazine and sock away some 300 million dollars by now ? So , in other words , as long as I don't recive recondition , I have to consider myself as a person without a
soul Perhaps you can now understand the
importance of this situation to me personally , why I am deturmand to have it settled
, and , why I cannot afford the luxury of caring who I
will bring down or what institutions
must suffer ; until I recive my
satisfaction ?
Anyway , this
attitude of how business must be priticed - this " I'll do anything to get ahead " sort of
deal , probably has something to do
with the fact that people like Rosie
and even Oprah too for that matter , find
themselves so tightly stuffed into the back pockets of big business interest ,
that they have become nothing more than the moral and ethical vacuum's of the
like-minded company patices they find themselves
involved in and even to some degree represent . It's all about the mighty buck
, while these women have been allowed
to portray themselves in al manner not conducive with their actuail personality for far too long , end , both
the television industry and the press
have been expressing a rather all too protectionest attitude towards these two
girls for just as exactly the same length of time this situitition has been going on .
I find myself wondering if it were al politician who had done this thing , how quickly would have both the television industry and the press jumped all over it , and ,
without the insistence of even first
proof ,
been willing to dig-up for propitious of public display not only all the dirt , but
, then investagate at their own expense _
even
the must unrelated sexual practices of the individual ; were hi a politician that is .
Lots face it Dave , this woman you admire so mush , she had plenty of other
options ; besides to playjourize me - nut
only making me foil as though fur her finasuial interest my mind had been raped
and I cast off like so meny of her discarded sandy wrappings. Fur instance . she could have sent me a thank-you card or a short letter ; explaining that she couldn't du exactly what I had asked of her but since it was
my letter which encouraged her to
launch this rag ( 0 Magazine )
she was at least going to send me say a life-time subscription . Maybe she could have made a note on ono of her
shows and credited me the way any
greatfull and responsible person would have dune . Knowing I was an aspiring writer , she
could have offered to publish me , and
, in fast lit me go on writing a three peice article fur months -
while all the time knowing I was handing it in in instalments . As it turned out this ploy was just a way fur her
to buy even more time ; in which to cover her tracks , It wasn't until the last instalment was handed in and a few more weeks passed by ,
that I realized though it was my litter which caused the launch of this magazine ,
these people had no intention of paying me any resonizition what-so ever ; since it was only thin that they started to send
the articles bask .
As if to add further insult to injury , they didn't have even the common decency
to include the symbolist of rejection letters , so as I could understand why _ after I had explained I would be sending in these
articles , now they were nut being accepted . They did make however before this , one correspondences ; when
they sent me a letter saying if I
wished the possabul return of a script entitled " The Comity "
I should send
them a self addressed.stampid envelop . Their
letter was sent May Ist 2000 . And
what du you think was on top of that returned script , if nut the original letter sent to Oprah which had given her the insight to
start up this magazine . It should have seemed obvious to me at the time that I had
boon plagiarized , but , because I hold the women in such high reguarded , the concept seemed to excape me . That is why I continued writing the three peice article and believed it would be
published , because I couldn't beleave a person as suposidily
inteligant and wealthy as Oprah , would
build a magazine empire on a
foundation of playjurisum and theft like some common little gutter-snip .
If you ask me , this woman's practices ire not something anyone
should aspire towards . In this act she his not only risked her
reputation , but , fir more important there is now a finical risk also ; should this matter now need go lo the courts . Subsequently , when the world learns is lo whit she his done , her downfall will be heard by everyone . The day may come when she will be lucky after ill
the thousands of people she his hid
on that little show of hers , when
nobody any longer wishes to be within
her presents because of whit she represents . And beleave me Dive , in spite
of the wealth , power , popularly
and ill that stuff this woman's got , I
can and am fully prepared to become
her greatest nightmare .

Rosie loo stole the idea
lo launch her
magazine from a letter I also sent her . That
letter was almost identical is the
letter I had mailed to Oprah , en
intent , and hid been mailed within
weeks is that letter sent Oprah .
For this reason it becomes obvious those
two girls made some sort of secrete
pact together , where-by Oprah must
hive said lo Rosie something like :
" don't do anything about this for a
year " ( meaning don't come out
with her own magazine before that
lime ) suspecting if I didn't do
anything within the judicial system
before then , it was probably
because I didn't hive susfichiant evidence
suitable for production , I would
never be able to do anything and their
guilt would remain unknown . This his been a miss-calculation on both these
girls parts and just is I once said
to Oprah , I am about lo give her in
inleleclual whipping which is about
to become very public and very nasty .
With the television industry and the press in both. our
countries being informed and their choice to do nothing with the information they hive been
given ,
there is room lo suggest not only can these two lady's be sued for 280 million
dollars each , but , so may the industries be brought down en mutual
billion dollar law-suits ; being charged under Quebec's new " Anty Gang Law " . People may say who am I and whit hive I done Dive . Well the day his come when I simply need go on the inler-net , and , not
only will the world know who I am and whit I hive done , but , they
will also hive lo wonder whit I will
do next; while the lawyers
ire literally banging down my doors for
in opportunely lo represent this piticular case . With little more thin a letter and my say-so , I caused the creation of these two publications . So why not with other
letters should I allow
both the television industry and press find themselves involved in a case of " willful Complicity After the Fact " ? Again let me stress , had it
been a politician who hid done this thing the way these
two spiteful , silly little girls did , with little more thin a sniff the industry and press would hive been
ill over et like shit on a pig .
You people can't hive it both ways you,
know ; percutiting everybody else but protecting your own . When the people fend out , their not going to like it Incidentally , I may never have held political office before , but , I learned
something from the man I will always consider the greatest Prime-Minister of this country in my life time , P.E.T. , or
Pierre Elliet Trudeau . That was if
you want this high office it is one
thing not to be afraid of the press , but , that it is better to fend
yourself in the position where literary the press has reason to be afraid of you . Four
billion dollars in law-suits just might do et , don't you think ?
This is where
prophecy now comes in Dive , for
I have learned that this sit-uatetion
exactly fits the premature of a very important one . You see , in the face of humanity's
creation , there probably never his
been a more potentially powerful and prectigouc
instutition is eather the press or the television industry . In the accent writings of my people , The
Thirteenth Tribe , The Lost Tribe of
Israel , The American Indian in fact , who's history can be traced back to the Myina , the Inca , the Olmac , the Aztec ect ,
it was predicted by these people _ who ire
the creators of the only Bible ever

Book of Mormon is you must know , well
this is the prediction : They said
that in the latter days a person of
dark skin would suddenly rise from the debths of obscurity , and in so doing challenge in empire ; where-by they would then be made their nations
leader . The only stipulation in
this. prophesy is that is I hive already said , this person must hive been
obscure before doing this big thing , and
, that they must hive
a bleed-line that
could be directly traced back to the ancient people who first inhibited this land and erected their monuments of steno is
testament to their past .
There is one other thing I would like to clear up here

if you will give me the chance , please .
You see , there ire a lot of people in our two countries
who want to beleave in the possibility
of one day somebody like Jessy Jackson , Colan
Powell , perhaps Oprah Winfery or even if you have heard
hem speak , little Will Smith
becoming the first black President of the United States . I beleave these people ill know of the prophesy too , and , hive somehow convinced themselves no matter whit - they
themselves ire capable of fulfilling it . This however is a fallacy , in
ipossabllity in fact and will never
happen . These people you see Dive , no
matter how wealthy , popular ,
no matter whit great political
milestones may be gained or how meny
wars may be fought and won , well every last one of them will always be
African by decent for one . And
two , they may be meny things in my mind , some good , some bad . When thinking of these people however
"obscure" is not a turm which immeately comes into focus . You see , they
do not fit the perimeters of the prophesy , and , nothing
they can do will ever change that .
I don't understand whit the television
industry's and the presses fanacation is with these two
women eather? Why will they go to such great and dangerous lengths to protect them ? Why should they be so afraid when they knew and now know
, I hive both the capability and determination to bring these two great
ladles down for whit they hive done to me ? And I ask in the end , is it not these industries "feer" which now puts they themselves in the path of my wrath ?
To heir these two women talk , they could be
leaving their shows at any time for pastures more
green . The industries
hive to be brought to realize that if this happens , there will always
be somebody else to come along and fill their boots , to sell even the products of these mega-courpations of which these
girls ire in the back pocket there-of . If you hive ever
read it though , you may remember
the Bible says " it
is feer alone which keeps man in Hell and if it were not
for his "feer" he could easily excape the torment
. The point : if the industry.'and certain
people in it ire going to be so afraid
to say whit these two women have done , afraid even to show any interest just in the possibility they might hive done this thing , how in the end is
it going
to put their trust in the industry
again , when it is
obvious it and no one in it can
be counted upon to
inquire on or report on its own ?
Of course I relish in the assumption that the industry
shows feer towards me ; through this to reflect on the industry
Further-more , how is the public
ever going to be able action of miss-action and if you like
denial towards my cause . I still know end it is these actions that convince me so . I am not only on
the right path but that all those people whom have
become involved will tremble it the thought as
to what my next move may be , for just as long
as they keep expressing this protectionestlj attitude
towards these two women by ignoring the situation . We both know too
Dave that as soon as you recive this letter or once it is
brought to your attention , you are going to be
speaking to lawyers ; in an attempt to
cover your tacks . So think about it . If I have this power over you , when prior to this
you didn't necessarily know exactly what was going on , imangain whet
damage I can do to the industry with copy-written and
registered proof they have been aware for nearly two full years now . If need be , more then simple
careers and reputations ere about to be both examined end put on the
line .
I will be the first to admit that I
wasn't actually asking for the advent of eather the Rosie
or Oprah magazines when
this thing all started , but , instead was asking for
assistance in bringing about a form of publication for my own personal utilization . It was Oprah's act of playjurisum however end Rosie's
act of outright intellectual theft , which has delt me
my ace in the hole . So I now put it to
you sir , and beleave me
when I say this : the circumstances
of this piticular situation since I once , immutably and
forever after have stated when first making correspondence with Oprah , Rosie , the television industry end the press that I intended and
intend to have the Prime-Ministership of my nation , this Canada , well the
conclusion I have found is that indeed this all fells
within the realms of prophesy ; as you surely understand
and I have earlier explained . Before I continue , let it be pointed out that the people involved all have been given position , power , popularity and
prestigious , as well as a
whole , great gob of
wealth . It is not my
fault they have chosen to abuse these gifts
on one hand and not utilize them on the other to their best capasity .
Through my sending him a letter , Riges Philbum was
once brought to speak to
me "live" and on camera . I didn't find him
e terribly insightful man and in fact he only said , I suspect in the defence of Oprah - more then anything
else , that
" People should be
judged by whet they have done , not by what people think they should do." I beleave it takes e piticuler kind of person _ someone
without the best of morals or ethic's not to
understand from all the letters from ell the world , it was only

girls (especially Oprah's) butts out and replace them

women decided to walk along the very dangerous road
they now fend themselves on .

or Rosie - which encouraged them to

for this reason I should soon be signing off . I just thought if you ever
do get on the Oprah Show , for reasons other than which have already been mentioned , et would be good for you to be able to speak to
her on a more personal level about this
information of which you have been given . Besides , we both know that
Oprah Log you are keeping - though thick - probably is filled with nothing more than blank pages . At
least now you have a little bet more material to put into it . Of course , now that you know or have at least good reason to suspect what kind of
woman this

pal , the one and only Mr. Regis Philbum takes the time to think of me ,

should be judged by what they have done . Putting have both something
more to say while being beg enough to repeat that statement
these two women and the empires they only symbolically
reign . en the compromising position they now fend themselves en , may be en the end all that I succeed at . However , being forced to walk away from the siteatition with not only some 4.5
billion dollars , and the opportunity
to fulfill prophesy - where-by quite
literally I could become this nations

I don't know about you Dave but I would
say probably I
have done pretty well so far ; especially
when ono considers : we won't once they
received mine - that they would enter what would and could become
their most luctrive , perhaps even intellectually prestigious and
stimulating enterprise to date . I
think that deserves something more than a slap in the face , which is all I received from eather one of these women. Then these two
little itches went on to rape me Dave , and I don't mean the fun kind eather ! With their every action , they
pillaged and plundered my mind ;
a thing I consider to be the most important
possession I have This was done with
purposeful intent too and I was ment to be made feel small , worthless , is though there was nothing I could do ; while actions were carried out to insult even my intelligence . When Miss Winfrey first sent me a commutation _ which was the one and
only time I would ever recive any actual written response , she made certian to mention the acompanying script which also went with that
letter , by name which just happened
to be intitled The Comity
incidentally . They were however very
careful not to mention the letter , which
of course caused her to start up an entire magazine empire . She also
mdee certain that the magazine was already launched and on the stands a full two weeks , before she bothered to send that simple response . Then when I did recive the script _ with the letter brasingly on top ,
it wasn't even in the S.E.S.E. she hid requested but instead in one of her own . Imangain , the wealthiest woman in your United
States even riped me off financially . And
that letter took longer to answer , then
the magazine empire she launched because of it too ,
On top of everything else , Oprah and Rosie too _ would like to beleave their treatment towards me , was nothing more thin good buisness practices .
And is we can see , Regis
seems to openly agree with them . It
is suggested though that. this

is the most powerful min in the industry , so all I can say is it must be true : power does
corrupt and absolute power must corrupt absouloutly . Personally , I don't see how risking ones
reputation , possibly even their
career and whole great gobs of wealth in
some law-suit just to save perhaps a few hundred thousand bucks
, offering to publish me , sending a free lifetime subscription , a thank-you card even simply and it least for the idea which brought about this
publication , or , whatever deal we could hive mutually worked out together , I don't see how instead whit was done to me is
any kind of good
buisness practices . My only hope can be
that by the time I am finished
with this , neither will anybody else in the world eather .
Just because I let you in on this situati-:ion Dave , it
none the less wouldn't help you to
kid yourself . My "Oprah
Log" might, be both bigger and perhaps more important then yours , end ,
I may feel I know things about this woman
that could shock even you . However , I
still realize that show segment you have going on though delightful light entertainment , might still be nothing more thin some kind of trick or rouse the industry has designed ;
in en attempt to bring me out or find out exactly how far I have got along with my
project . Beleave me , considering how meny people know about this already , it would not suprized me to learn that my name is e greet buzz around certain halls of the

Probably they
