Dear National Enquirer,

Back in February I mailed a letter to a certain Miss Oprah Winfrey. In

that letter - being somewhat of a writer myself , I revealed a vision ; while at the same time making it quit' obvious it was my intention to bring about the launching of a new media publication. I didn't know the publication I was going to bring about the creation of , was going to b' "0 The Oprah Magazine" , though none the less six (6) weeks after my letter - there it was on the stands , in book-shops and in peoples homes.

My point is "0 The Oprah Magazine" has been built upon a foundation of "intellectual rap' / political plunder and personal injurious" towards m' . I say this because in spit' of the fact that it was undoubtabuly my first of meny letters to this woman and the foundation she control's - which caused the creation of "0" , nobody from their offices has ever shown the foresight to contact m' on this matter; even to offer me a "thank-you" for the obvious good idea.

In truth - am I forced to , Miss Winfrey has left herself vulnerable

to a law-suit on those charges I have already stated and to a sum of anywhere between on'-hundred and forty (140) to two-hundred and eighty million dollars or ($280,000,000). I have tried to get in touch with this woman on numerous occasions but as to date all enquiries have been shortcoming. In other words the only response I have received is the launching of "0" itself.

Now correct me if I am mistaken but since this magazine is going to earn Miss Winfrey millions of dollars - wouldn't you think that since it was my idea , since her people at "Harpo Productions Ins. have refused all my writen material end since doing this means my political intentions cannot be carried out , the least the woman could do is provide me with a cheque of e mear two-hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) U.S.? I was thinking she should look upon such en action as some sort of "finders fee" or something; of which equal instalments could be made by perhaps one, $ 0,000 from Oprah herself , two $50,000 from "Harpo Productions ins., e following fifty-thousand through that "angel origination" she runs or somebody in their behalf - such as Oprah herself and the remaining sum totaling the intire two-hundred thousand should some from the New York publishers or again by someone on their behalf such as Oprah herself? Wouldn't you also say that what she has done could be perceived as unethicall, immoral end inhumane not to offer me any sort of "thank-you" for this idea that after fourteen (14) years on her show nobody before-hand had the insight to undertake?

I have been avoiding this story pertly because I am afraid it is the sort of thing that could take on e life of it's own spryielling within the realms of unceontroelebility. However as I have said , this matter has been going on since February. That is how long I have been patiently awaiting an official response from Miss Winfrey ; every day in vain I am afraid. This all supprizes me too because I always thought Miss Winfrey was supposed to be some sort of "champion of the people" , especially the poor - as am I myself. It would however seem that this women has forgotten her humble roots.

Four (4) months however is e long time to wait for a reply. I therefor feel it is time I make my position known and the facet that I was so instrementel in bring about the launching of this piticeuler magazine. Also I am wondering how Miss Winfrey will react when the world is - if it has to be - let in on the facet that this "women's magazine" as it is being called , same about in the creation of through e letter from e man. We know that it was my letter that inspired the publication too - simply by the cover alone of her premiere issue because one, it was a very political letter explaining how I could almost instintiounsly become this country's (Canada's) next PrimeMinister and the colors she choose ; the long grey skirt accompanied by the lovely white knit top with that predominately blue back-ground; is opposed to her following flaming red cover of the July / August issue.

Should you be interested, I still hove copies of ill the letters and cards I hove sent to Miss Winfruy , at "Horpo Productions inc.". I hove no doubt that you will agree is do I - that it was not only my first letter which brought about the creation of "0 The Oprah Magazine" but that also I hove done everything possible to date to offer this woman the opportunity to reply , before this matter his to become a moral, ethical and humane legal situotition of which the courts may hove to become involved in.

Rposppoctivly Yours
