Dear Sir or Madam ,

The reason I am writting you is , because , I have letters & documents of which can rock your competition to its very foundations . I also have copy's of these letters , which , have been put away in post-marked , sined , sealed envelops , and , where-which they shall remain until or if it is proven necessary they be reviled in "open-court" proceedings .

The fast is , I am the reason David Letterman got his big raise and , if he is thinking of giving some of it bask , perhaps he should be thinking of giving some of that to me . I am the reason Regis can't make the deals he once could within the industry , and , why he said recently that "He Quits" ; not even certain now that he will remain until the end of his contract . I am the reason Rosie is leaving her show , and , it is the same reason the industry forced her to "Come Out" revealing her secrete life to all of North America the other day on Larry King's show . Lastly ^ though I may or may not be finished , I am the reason Oprah has been persuaded to keep her fat face exposed to the camera's for another four (4) years ; this in spite of the fast that she may own that little operation of hers by title & deed , and , that is so when this story I bring you now breaks , at least the person whom is most responsible for the problem they "the industry"

finds itself immersed in now is both there to take the blame and face the music .

The Story Is : Oprah & Rosie stole the idea for their magazine's from me . First Oprah did it because of a letter I sent her in the closing days of Feb. 200.0 .

She. then made a deal with_ Rosie (who at the same time had recived a letter from me) not to some out with her own magazine for at least one fell year . That way , I imagine , they intended to make it appear it was just a fact of life that they both had talk-shows , they were both friends one with the other and now suddenly they both. even have magazines of their own .

I told the "Enquirer" about this way back when it all started ! just after

the premiere issue launching of Oprah's magazine ; only to watch them take the information , turn around , and , make a deal with Oprah . It was a good deal for both of them too , because , this way Oprah gets to conceal the fact that she playjurized & stole the idea from me , and , with her fat face on the cover , the Enquirer sells even more copy than normally they would on the same given day she

has agreed to be published by this editorial . In other ^words:Oprah has minulapted the press , and , though this may or may not seem secerious and I am the only one whom has been hurt , none the less this is a crime .

When I gave David Letterman this information , he first on the 28th Dec. 2001 did forty-five (45) minutes on his old "Oprah Log" segument - baised on the info. contained within that copy-written letter , and , then went to all the three (3) studio heads to work out a better deal for himself . After that and once I had sent the letter to the studio heads (presidents) of NBC , ABC & CBS , they saw

the gig was up , and , that they now found themselves possibly locked into - with Oprah and Rosie , two point five (2.5) of a four point five (4.5) billion dollar law-suit ; where-by they are about to be surved with "theft or playjurisum" and even "complicity" charges .

Regis ain't on no vacation eather , I can assure you of that . He is off somewhere alight , but , at the same time he is more buissy giving some hard contemplation to what he said tome nearly two (2) years ago "LIVE" , ass he held my letter in hand . "PEOPLE SHOULD BE JUDGED BY WHAT THEY HAVE DONE , NOT BY WHAT PEOPLE THINK THEY SHOULD DO." are the words of wisdom Regis believed himself to be giving to me , and , he actually said right there in the full face of North America . It just might be that I have taken those words. and not only thrown them back in his face , but , at the same time taken them very seriously,_ by building a four point five (4.5). billion dollar law-suit , putting myself in the place to bring about the "fulfillment of Propichy" and indeed , making two (2) words the most dreaded and feared ever spoken within certain hallways of the press and television industry . With a four point five (4.5) billion dollar law-suit hanging in the air , and the potential to destroy the creditability of people such as Oprah , Rosie , David & Regis , as well as the institutions they so represent , through the corruption of their morals and ethics , I don't zee how those two (2) words can be anything other than Brannon Carty right now .

Incidentally , the propichy I intend to fulfill , and , these people always knew it to be my intention - though not until recently did they realize it had been previously propisized by the ancient first people's who inhabited thus land well before the tribes broke up into what would eventually become the Inca , the Myna , the Aztec & the Olbec and who are of the lost tribe of Isirali , states "In the Latter-Days of thus Civilazition a Member of Their Tribe Would Ruse from the Depths of Obscurity to Challenge "EMPIRE" and through so Doing be Made Leader of Their Nation." I would like to point out that I took this same information to The Church of Christ of Latter-Day Saints , and , just thus month had "My Mission" confirmed .

If you at "Fox Studio's" are entrusted , I could be persuaded to allow you to have "the exclusive rights" to thus story ; which means I will also hand over to you the countless , accumulated , uncrumanutung letters & documents I have nn my possession - of which are able to prove my case , and , of which have been copy-written and put away until they are needed to be reviled nn open court .
