Letters to "News/Papers" PRESS FILE

I sent you people of the press letters beck in the winter of 2001 . In

these letters I made reference to the fact that it was because of another letter I sent Miss Oprah Winfrey in February of 2000 , that she got the idea to launch her " 0 The Oprah Magazine " . Since that time Miss Rosie Odoneal has also launched her own publication , end again , she too stole the idea from a letter I also sent her around the same time as that of which I had mailed to Oprah . It is true Miss Odoneel didn't outright pleyjorize me the way Miss Winfrey did end in fact after deciding she would simply steel this idea , Miss Odoneel just decided not to answer my letter et ell . None the less , copies of those two letters sent Miss Odoneel , had by this time been posted end mailed beck to myself . In alt least one of those two letters , not only em I suggesting the launch of al publication - with Miss Odoneel - which would eventually turn into The Rosie Magazine but I made reference to the fact that the only other person I had ever spoken or written to about this publalction idea - other then herself , could be found within the pages of al letter earlier sent to Miss Winfrey; which within six weeks of being mailed turned into "0 The Oprah Magazine" .

Now it is obvious these two ladies , end I use the turm loosely , these two ladies made some sort of secret agreement together ; where-by Oprah said to Rosie something along the line like " don't do anything about this for e year ( meaning don't come out with her own publalction before that time') end if I didn't do anything within the judicial system within that time , probably it was because I didn't have anything I could take to court end that I had been riped-off or plalyjourized nealther could be proven " .

So , the reason I em writing you again now is because it has been al full

six months since I wrote you the first time end , almost every other major newspaper . across the countrv about the "Oprah Incident" ; telling you how I had been treated by these people . At that time , when I first wrote you , Miss Odoneal hid not yet launched her publication . I had to hive imagined however it would not be long before she did ; partly because of those two letters I hid sent her and partly because of that which I refure to is the previous Oprah incident or all that such detailed . You see I knew something that ill of America was in the dark about . I knew that when Oprah first went on The Rosie Show to announce her intention to launch her magazine and Rosie asked Oprah where she got the idea to create this thing , that Rosie already knew the answer because she too had received a letter by that time almost identical to that of which I hid sent Oprah herself . My sub-concious mind must hive realized these girls were not playing fair and that must be why I return-mailed those letters back to myself through the Canadian Post . You could say it was an act of protecting myself , in the event if or when Miss Odoneal decided to come out with a publication of her own .

My only question now _ while I hive proof both within my grasp and hinds , is , whit if anything is going to be done about this situation ? Am I to forever be left in the depths of disparity , while these two girls trot off to the bank every month making twenty million dollar deposits and more because of in idea they quit literally and together stole from me ? Am I to beleave you people so important in the publishing business hive neather said anything regarding this matter nor asked any questions of me , is because you wish to be regarded is complisit after the fact and that perhaps you feel an oblation to protect these two women ; they now being _ again because of me , virtually in the same business is yourselves : that being the publishing business ? Am I to assume that because you neither say anything nor do anything , while being aware of the precise facts of this case , that the day may not come when you yourselves will in the same law-suit launched against these two women , find that you ire being brought into court for your immoral and unethical projectionist attitudes ?
